Its elongated metal body and black textured indicator housing give it the unmistakable character of an analog precision instrument.\n\nThe Carl Zeiss Jena logo and “Passimeter” name are visible on the indicator housing. The curved scale is marked 0.01 mm and runs from −0.2 to +0.2 mm. These scale markings do not guarantee its present measuring accuracy.\n\nAccording to the supplied information, this is a bore gauge with interchangeable heads marked “60” and “62.” The exact measuring ranges, completeness, working condition and calibration have not been confirmed. It is offered as a vintage collectible, with no guarantee of measuring performance.\n\nThe black textured finish, light-colored scale and metal components give the instrument a striking industrial appearance.
