The assortment of fine metal tools, attachments and glass tubes gives the ensemble a distinctly micromechanical character. The exact purpose of each individual component and the production date have not been independently established.\n\nThe textured green case has a leatherette appearance, an embossed DIXI emblem on the exterior and two silver-colored clasps. Inside, a black velvet-like fitted tray holds the tools and three cork-stoppered glass tubes. The matching soft protective cover is also present. The interior lid features the gold-colored DIXI gear-wheel logo and “Le Locle – Suisse” lettering.\n\nThe seller describes the set as exceptionally well preserved. Please examine the photographs for its appearance and visible signs of use and age on the case and components. Original completeness, operation and accuracy have not been established, and no calibration guarantee is provided.
