Vintage DDR VEB Freiberg Dial Sheet Gauge No. 830a in Case

A substantial East German dial sheet gauge by VEB Freiberg, model No. 830a, preserved in its original fitted case. The cast metal frame, hammered-grey finish and amber-rimmed dial give it a strong mid-century scientific and industrial character.

The dial is graduated in 1/10 mm. The face carries DDR markings and a historical East German quality mark, while the original maker’s label remains clearly legible on the side of the case.
