Where we ship

ContinentalVintage ships to most countries where a suitable carrier service is available. Available services, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown or confirmed according to the destination and item.

Packaging

Every item is packed with suitable protective materials. Fragile and valuable pieces receive additional protection appropriate to their size, weight, condition and value. Any exceptional packaging requirements or additional costs will be discussed before shipment.

Dispatch time

After payment is received, most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Fragile, valuable or specially prepared items can require additional time. We will keep you informed when extra preparation is needed.

Tracking and insurance

Available shipping services, tracking and insurance vary by destination, carrier and selected service. When tracking is included, the tracking details are sent after dispatch. Insurance is used where included or arranged for the shipment.

Customs duties and import taxes

Orders sent outside the European Union can be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. We cannot mark purchases as gifts or understate their value on customs documents.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, public holidays and circumstances outside our control. Any delivery period shown is an estimate unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and, for damage, photographs of the parcel, packaging and item. Keep the packaging while the issue is assessed. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward an appropriate solution. This does not limit applicable statutory rights.
