Vintage laboratory instrument by Gebr. Ruhstrat Göttingen, model KSG 6, with the marking Rg = 57 Ω and apparatus number 206 111 on its original maker’s plate. According to the seller’s information, this is a postwar model. While earlier scientific instruments often featured prominent brass construction, this KSG 6 has a more compact, understated design. Its black housing, vertical cylinder and rounded base give it a distinctive laboratory appearance. The photographs show two electrical terminals, a circular spirit level and adjustable leveling feet.
