An understated instrument with distinctive technical character: this Siemens & Halske (S&H) Elementprüfer is a historic battery and cell voltage tester, identified by the seller as the “Neuer Art” type. The intertwined S&H monogram appears on the left side of the dial. Its round metal housing, analog scale and mechanical selector give this compact instrument its characteristic appearance.
