Supplied with the wooden storage case and accessories shown in the photos, this is a characterful piece for a collection of historical precision tools. The instrument is marked 1/100 mm, 0–25 mm and 20°. The scale has 0.01 mm graduations; its current measuring accuracy and calibration have not been verified. The frame also bears the markings KHD, B.7D and 10.50. The seller believes it may be a former military instrument, but this provenance has not been confirmed. The seller reports that the mechanism moves smoothly. Both the instrument and wooden case show signs of use, including scratches and localized discoloration.
