Compact vintage inspection microscope with an attached battery and lamp cylinder on a rectangular metal base. The ribbed adjustment ring, silver-coloured metal, worn black finish and exposed yellow metal give this instrument a distinctive industrial character. Details: • Eyepiece marked “10xM” with a diamond-shaped maker’s mark; manufacturer unidentified. • Dimensions: 17 × 6 × 3 cm. • Weight: 393 g. • Estimated date according to the seller: circa 1950–1965; not independently verified. • The seller reports clear lenses and a clean battery compartment.
