A distinctive vintage measuring instrument with a green metal frame, a silver-colored thimble, and a black UIK nameplate. This outside micrometer comes in its accompanying wooden case with a reference standard. An interesting addition to a collection of historical measuring tools or an industrial display. According to the seller, this UIK instrument originates from Korçë, Albania. The seller identifies the paper label on the case as “UZINA INSTRUMENTEVE KORÇË - MIKROMETER 25-50 mm.” The exact year of manufacture has not been established. Brand: UIK. Measuring range: 25–50 mm. Graduations: 0.01 mm. This does not guarantee its current measuring accuracy. Stamped number: 1-7956. Reddish-purple marking on the frame; its meaning and characters have not been established.
