This CRT picture tube tester and regenerator evokes the workshop of the radio and television technician. An intriguing collectible for enthusiasts of historic television equipment, CRT monitors and retro-gaming technology. The instrument was designed to measure cathode-ray tube emission, check for short circuits and regenerate cathodes. Its German-language control panel includes “Emission,” “regenerieren” and “Schluß reparieren,” with separate switches for the blue, red and green cathodes. The analog meter, industrial toggle switches and distinctive yellow control knob give the unit its characteristic technical appearance.
